CHILLER #2 REPLACEMENT

It is the intent of Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD or the District) to select a vendor to
replace the #2 Chiller on the main campus of Glendale Community College, 6000 W. Olive Avenue, Glendale,
Bid documents will be available May 14, 2015 at the Maricopa Community College District Office, Purchasing Department, or
5th Floor, 2411 W. 14th Street, Tempe, AZ 85281, by downloading from this site or by callng Phone (480) 731-8520. Office Hours
are 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (local time) Monday through Friday.
A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING will occur on MAY 21, 2015 at 10:00 AM in the Student Union, Room #SU-104ABC on the main
campus. Interested Bidders should familiarize themselves with the scope of work and with any conditions affecting Bid prices and
performance according to the requirements of this IFB.
Written, sealed Bids must be received at Maricopa Community College District Office, Main Reception Desk, 1st Floor Lobby, 2411
West 14 Street, Tempe, Arizona 85281, no later than 3:00 P.M. (local time), Thursday, May 28, 2015.
NOTE: If you are hand carrying or having a bid package hand delivered, you or the delivery agent should allow sufficient time to arrive,
park, and go through security prior to dropping off your bid package. This applies to any other method of delivery (FedEx, UPS,USPS, etc.)
as well. Late bids will not be accepted or considered for award. Regardless of the method of delivery, it is your responsibility to insure
on-time delivery of the bid package.
